Yea Paul it's an extra...I work nights....tbh yes he has a lot on his plate as well...he does a lot of duties he does all the training he is forever doing attendance reviews plus he fills ready meals with another guy...got to say although sum manager could do more he really does work hard so we share the load...I no its not like this everywhere I appreciate that.fresh also run the canteen in our store which is an extra burden as we have to cover any hols or sickness from the shopfloor...I agree tho some team leader roles could be cut... Just not the ones who actually earn the extra money...
