Having only joined the company last year as a teamleader I am bemused to say the least at the amount of non productive managerial rolls Instore, I was made redundant two years ago because of a restructure with another retail outlet and having worked within this sector for some 25+ years the teamleader plays an important supporting roll within the store structure and in my opinion would be a grave error of judgement on the company's part remove it ,to some of you that may seem as though I am looking after myself then that's your opinion but teamleaders are the backbone of the departments, if I have to step down I will, but in life you get what you pay for..... So remember Tescos to coin your own mission statement ... "Every little helps"
