Ok all you people that think teamleaders do nothing that is probably why you are not one!!!! And for the job role being taken away that's fine do it but it is not our choice so we should at least get protected pay it wouldn't be so daunting not only is people's jobs it's also people's livelihoods at stake it's disgusting what Tesco are/maybe doing and for having enough stock on the shelves stop telling us that 'shrink' is too high you can't count that off this week let stock control do their job properly and availability will be fine.
