Problem is is those new members of staff who suddenly decide to jump on the options wagon only recently come to work in store who have no knowledge of the job no knowledge of stock no customer service but the only way to go full time is to do options so these people are going to run stores lol lol lol behave they couldnt run a cake fight at kiplings!! Most team leaders work hard shift swapping/splitting to cover depts making sure training is done dept is covered routines are completed without them depts will be on their knees enjoy your mistakes mr clarke as like us all you are easily replaced
