i have to totaly agree with this i work nights and we have 3 tl`s but also 3 section managers and a store manager ???? why
its a waste of money the store manager just walks round all night doing nothing and making your job harder by telling the section managers to tell the tl`s to tell the ga`s what to do waste waste waste get rid of um and take on more staff..and the union what a waste of time just glad i diddent join and stayed a member of unite
