Like many of you I have been a loyal member of staff for almost 26 years and have been in many different roles through the years and have never been so disgusted with the way tesco treat their staff than I am now.It was last year in the store I work that things started to change with the bakery changed hands now its the photo lab been sold out too timpsons by the end of the month, and of course now this regarding team leaders it's a disgrace. But I don't blame the usdaw reps in my store its those who sit in the offices its not their jobs that are on the line they are the ones who dont give a dame. It doesn't make a difference if you do or don't pay your union premium in this situation its for issues store based and my reps in my store are good at what they do. Remember they will be there when this eventually rolls out nationally and if you don't pay your premium who's gonna help you in these meetings also remember they are only being told what to do by those senior reps.
