I agree with fed up manager there are good and bad team leaders as there are GA and managers but it seems the managers in our store are so young it's crazy having kids that have just left school telling staff that have been doing the job for years what is expected of them . Things do need to change as we have to move the economic times we can't stay still . There are not enough GA in our store far to many team leaders ,we can't even take our holidays when we want them anymore as there's just would not be enough staffing to run. Morale is very low with all staff and I for one am looking forward to some changes may be then there might be a bit of money in the pot to take on some GA as that's what we really need not loads of team leaders
