My store manager told me today about this. I understand the need for change because in my tesco there are tl who lead very few staff, yet some tl look after 15.
As a tl myself I do not worry about the pay cut I will adapt. I worry that the offer of amother job role will be at lower hours than the full time I currently have. I cannot lose the premium and full time hours.

Tesco needs to get back to the top, where it belongs.
