Im a TL and although i do agree there are alot of bad managers, TL's and G.A's there are also hard working loyal and great ones too its not fair to put everyone in the same bracket, i do agree with the changes as where tesco was 5-10 years ago to where it is today is so bad that another 5-10 and it would be in serious trouble, less managers, tl's and more ga's will bring back the customers and profits, its clear to see that. ill take redunancy if offered as it might be the kick up the arse which is needed to go out and find a job i enjoy doing as last few years the way tesco have treat us all has killed all my morale and belief that tesco is my future. change needs to happen no matter what as hard as it is on us all.
