Change in Tesco is needed. Remember if we always do something the way we've always done it we will always get the same thing. Rivals are moving faster and stealing market share. I appreciate it's difficult for those in the roles that are changing but it's a choice between remaining employed in a CA role or basically watching your business fall away and watch stores get ever closer to being closed if/when a major network reorg happens!!
