I'm not quite sure why Tescos have these people in doing 'customer viewpoint'. The lady in our store recently said to me that after chatting to the store manager she said he doesn't want to listen to what customers want! That about sums it up. Senior team no longer want what's best for staff or customers, they want their bonuses! I remember when Personnel used to be there for the staff, now I can't work out what the point of her is at all. I can understand some TL jobs going. The problem is that the people who are rubbish at their jobs seem to be able to talk the talk at the right time. Thus leaving stores with useless managers and TLs that have no clue what they are doing! Will this restructuring work, of course not, it will have a domino effect on every person in the store. Not to mention all the customers going elsewhere. We are losing custom on a daily basis yet the store manager seems hell bent on destroying what's left. Start at the top if redundancy is the way to go....that's where it's all going wrong!!
