I have a close friend of the family who has worked for tesco for over 20 years and feel that after reading this item the year's he has given to the store and loyalty seem to count for nothing . He's a genuine hard working person who is now worried and concerned for his future . It would help if the senior management understood why this is happening but it seems they don't. Team Leaders are surely a big part of your structure so why get rid of them. Why not get rid of some of those managers I often see whilst shopping with their hands in their pockets pretending to look busy. The slogan every little helps doesn't seem to mean anything anymore especially to employees. Everyone's just a number as far as tesco is concerned. I do hope someone somewhere see's sense over this and the trials come to nothing.
