I was a Night manager in all depts. Worked hard and always believed I gave everything. 2 years ago I saw the non replacement of leavers and was running on the bare bones which in turn lead to 3 long term sick GA's. No T/L for over 8 months/ No back door/frozen/bws mgr on days, so left to me. Spent 18 months doing 60+ hr week always delivering grocery/frozen/bws with 6 bodies most nights in a cat 80 extra store. Sometimes I see this is my failing, maybe I should have stuck to my hrs and not delivered as I think I got no support due to my dedication. I had a breakdown but I still returned after 4 weeks to take up a T/L role on days, and see the dark days again as I am repeating the pattern.
As a GA , I will do just as my t's and c's require and no more.
A suggestion as a group Line mgrs. and T/'s should abstain from future viewpoint and send a message to those above. No Breach of T's and C's .
