Comment

Been a team leader for five years now I come in 20 minutes early each day probably have a hour break each day and leave 10-30 mins late each day. I happily do an extra hours work to help my line manager and colleagues. For the past week I have come in on time took my full breaks and left on time. My department failed in all areas of waste and shrink.
