Only a manager at Tesco would blame the customer for Tesco failing.
Tesco should listen to the people on the ground they are the ones that know what Tesco customers want because they talk to them every day,but Tesco management are so far up there own backsides and each others and covering up the bad management decisions made in store,I believe that Tesco bosses don't have a clue what goes on in the stores,the stores are run by independent little teams of immoral people.
Tesco want the customer to shop on line (no staff no wages more bonus) this is why Team Leader jobs are going because their staff have gone to .com,but never fear there is going to be a new position to replace Team Leader it's called Supervisor this position requires you to reapply for this position but it could be 6 days a week and work bank holidays including the Xams period.
The big stores and being set up to be pick centres for .com hence the building of loads of little stores everywhere where corner shop prices can be charged to maximise profits but Tesco still maintains it's supermarket buying power.
