although i understand the need for restructure, i feel let down by the fact all has gone quite about this, TL's going through it now should let us know what is happening to them so we can prepare. no one knows yet if the pay will be protected or stepped down. as a rule, Tesco doing a trial run on a few stores is to allow them to iron the creases out before going global.
And why are we being disciplined for talking about it on our websites.
we are not slagging tesco but voicing our concerns for OUR jobs.
