What are USDAW doing about this and not only team leaders redundancy, there is mass discontent amongst the all who work at tesco doing more as department numbers are cut year after year, below inflation pay increases and unpaid overtime seen as mandatory, all to maintain ludicrous senior management pay packets and shareholders dividends. Threaten strike action for the first time ever and watch the share price bottom out. Then the management may actually give a toss about the people that are responsible for generating their profits
