23 years in Tesco, GA, then manager, have never known things to be so bad, but lets not diss each other online, i.e team leader against manager,making awful comments about each other, we all made Tesco number one for years, and huge bonuses were paid to already rich people, this will always be the case. We are really only a number and they cannot take any more headcount out of the store, so the next best thing is cutting people's income(not their's). We must stand together, we pay the union so lets tell them what we want them to do. Someone has to start a collective movement to show Tesco they will not exploit us in this way. Lets face it Tesco break the partnership aggreement every chance they get and often get away with it.
So why dont we break the agreement and have an unofficial strike. the union would have to support or loose its members!!!!!
