Having waited for usdaw&tesco to come to an agreement over protected pay for team leaders all I can say is the offer they have come up with is a complete and utter insult after giving long and loyal service to tesco they are asking us to sell our souls to the devil for a guaranteed further two years, redundancy is the only option now the financial incentive to stepping down to customer assistant doesn't pay the bills and alternative roles what a joke that is hope Mr Clarke and his cronies sleep well while tesco goes down the pan along with most of their loyal workers.
