The new recipe Genius bread is a big disappointment. If it ain't broke don't fix it!. I've only tasted the brown and would echo the other comments above. It is blander, stodgier and actually just like most of the other Gluten free breads available and not a patch on the original recipe. It also feels far less 'wholemeal' than the old version and it's more akin to a white loaf which has been dyed brown. The only real advance (if you see these things as an advance) is that the bread in the hand feels more like a standard (cheap) sliced loaf. But so what? this 'advance' is completely outweighed by the poor experience when you eat it. I urge all who have a similar view to contact Genius to tell them of the error of their ways – not that they’ve yet responded to me!
