Word has it from the spineless Usdaw reps we pay is that there will be four options for Team Leaders:

1. Redundancy (no figures decided as yet).
2. Move to another TL position in store (so front end and therefore unlikely).
3. Move to another store (who are in exactly the same position... so pointless)
4. Step down to GA. No parachute payments (as previously promised over four years), just a one off payment of the difference between GA and TL rates for two years (so roughly £5700 ish). Don't forget tax etc knocking the payment down to around £3800. Thanks Usdaw for that. That's really well negotiated. Splendid work too Tesco in supporting your long suffering staff. Pull the ladder up lads, we're OK...
