I am so glad I found this as I am new to a gluten free diet and have had a few slip ups,
I have been trying to figure out what is making me feel bad after eating Genius brown bread as I too noticed that I have been struggling with the newer recipe of the Genius brown bread .
I Was eating the old recipe of the Genius brown bread which was fine and caused no problems and I thought it was really good brown bread, then I started eating the newer recipe of the Genius brown bread which seems to give me digestive issues plus lot of wind and bloating straight after eating it. I too would like to know what colours the new recipe Genius bread brown ?
Please If the manufactures of Genius bread are reading our messages, do go back to your original brown bread recipe it was lovely and caused no problems. Thank you for reading .
