Disappointing that director Paul Burnley has refused to explain Sainsbury's fuel price strategy for Portishead. So we have currently a higher price for Sainsbury's petrol in Portishead than Sainsbury's in Weston and Ashton. So much for customer liaison and good customer relations. Mr Burnley said the information was confidential. More likely reason could be that Sainsbury's is taking into account in its strategy Gordano Services which always charges extortionate prices and is hardly representative of the areas' retail petrol stations.
