for a while i have been eating genius bread and must say i liked it alot, so much so that i was eating more bread than i would normaly eat, but unkown to me it seems to have made me ill just as i would be if i was eating gluten, i only noticed it when i ried to think what i was eating that i didnt usually eat, then it dawned on genius so called gluted free bread , phoned genius spent a long time on the phone, woman woulnt tell me any info regarding numbers of people who had asked any questions about bad reactions and told me they do not keep records, this is probably not true, she also said they would not release any info to me, she then went on to say i should read the list of ingrediants to see if i have an allergy to anything in it, thats a joke in its self , do people without the gluten allergy read the list of ingrediants when they walk into tescos to buy any one of aboput 50 different loafs on offer, how would i know if i am alergic to any of the ingrediants, she then said i should ask my doctor for a test of the ingrediants, a joke and very bad customer service, list of symptoms when eating it include bloated with lots of gas stomach ache ,diarrhea nausea . stopped eating it my symptoms have gone, not genius but a miracle, does anyone else have this problem and have you tried asking genius any questions ,?
