Thanks for highlighting this in the magazine. The NPA pledge and lovepork.co.uk campaign will really raise consumer awareness - great! bartlett mitchell, the contract caterer I work for, source British pork first and foremost and have reconfirmed that our suppliers only source legal European pork. Whilst we are very happy to sign up to the pledge, we do have a concern that some charcuterie products we may use could potentially come from illegal sources, which is why we urge the NPA to include this in their campaign.
