Genius Bread makes me feels so ill.

I find it very surprising that so many Gluten Free Bread manufacturers have no interest in developing healthy products for people with Celiac Disease, but instead make un-healthy products that try to mimic the appearance of wheat bread.

Please remember that Celiac Disease is an illness, not an opportunity to make money at the expense of people with a serious disease.
