Fever-Tree’s growth this year is nothing short of astounding: its £42m gain dwarfed that of every brand in the top 100 without even making the list. Boosted by the gin boom, shoppers got through a whopping 18.8 million (112.4%) extra litres of Fever-Tree’s mixers. It’s spent the past year battering Schweppes (73) in the battle for supermarket shelves, trumping CCEP’s contender with a festive sales surge. Now it’s expanding its range with eight new ‘Refreshingly Light’ versions of its core drinks, with an eye to tapping the health trend.
