A steady stream of innovation hasn’t been enough to stop the tide turning against Surf. Despite the launch of Dual chamber capsules and exotic new fragrance Surf Caribbean Crush, the brand has fallen 13 places in the list and lost £8m in sales amid tough times for the entire laundry category.
