Below, you'll find answers to the most asked questions about subscriptions, including how to manage your account and troubleshoot any issues you may encounter. You can view your user details through the 'My Account' page of the website. Log into your account, Hover over your name at the top right corner and select 'My Account Centre'. Click on the 'Edit user details' button.
You can view your subscription details through the 'My Account' page of the website. Log into your account, hover over your name at the top right corner and select 'My Account Centre'. Click on the 'My Subscriptions' button.
You can download a copy of your receipt through the 'My Account' page of the website. Log into your account, hover over your name at the top right corner and select 'My Account Centre'. Click on the 'Transaction history' button and select your receipt. We do not offer invoices for individual subscriptions, only for corporate accounts of six plus subscriptions. If you manage a subscription for someone else and need a receipt email us at customer.service@wrbm.com or call 0800 652 6512.

We offer corporate subscriptions for those taking six plus user licenses. These can be managed through one account manager with a single invoice. Please complete our online form at thegrocer.co.uk/corporate and we'll be in touch to discuss your company's requirements. Alternatively, call us on 01293 610 227.
You can update your mailing address through the 'My Account' page of the website. Log into your account. Hover over your name at the top right corner and select 'My Account Centre'. Click on the 'My subscriptions' button. Under 'The Grocer Print' – 'Delivery address', select 'change address'
There is a full suite of newsletters to choose from and you can view these and update your preferences through the 'My Account' page of the website. Log into your account, hover over your name at the top right corner and select 'My Newsletters'.
You can unsubscribe from newslettersthrough the 'My Account' page of the website. Log into your account, hover over your name at the top right corner and select 'My Newsletters'.This will take you to a new page where you can deselect the newsletters you no longer wish to receive. Please ensure you click the submit button to confirm your new choices.
