Vocollect has launched a “groundbreaking” new headset that it claims leads to “higher accuracy, fewer errors and improved productivity” among depot workers.

The headset identified and blocked 50% of background noise, improving the clarity of instructions to workers, said Vocollect.

Battery life had also been improved, it said, claiming batteries would now last two shifts in “dry” environments and one full shift in freezers.
