Tesco has chosen Glasgow as the location for its first store at a UK airport.

The 24-hour Tesco Express will open last this year in the domestic arrivals area of the airport.

"We are delighted to be making this investment at Glasgow Airport. The new store will bring around twenty new jobs and is a first for Tesco at an airport location,” said Tony McElroy, Tesco corporate affairs manager.

“This latest Tesco Express store in Glasgow Airport is a great example of our continued commitment to keeping our business fresh and trying new ideas."
