The Co-operative Group has appointed two new regional operations directors for its food business.
David Parker will manage food operations in the South East, taking responsibility for 480 stores. He moves from the role of regional operations manager for the South West and Wales. He has been replaced by Steve Drake, who will manage 666 stores in the South West and Wales.
