Winner – Clipper Organic Green Tea & Mint

This peppermint tea by Clipper was praised for its “subtle but classic” taste, with a refreshing aroma of cooling menthol peppermint balanced well with the slight hint of green tea. Sold in a larger pack for frequent tea drinkers, it was also great value, said our judges. “A lovely smell of mint which carried through into the flavour of the tea,” elevated it above others in the category, while clear instructions on how to make the perfect cuppa on the packaging was a clever nod to the conscientiousness of its core consumers.

The brand also did a fantastic job of flagging those all-important eco-credentials on pack too, along with its B Corp status. This emphasis on sustainability was woven throughout the product, from its plant-based teabags to the sourcing of ingredients, all illustrating that Clipper understands its demographic are just as concerned with the ethics of their products as the taste.
