Winner – Re:Nourish Refresh Gazpacho
A brilliant concept well executed, said our judges of this grab & go fresh gazpacho concept from Re:Nourish. Packed full of antioxidants, vitamins A, C and E and high in fibre, all naturally sourced from Spanish tomatoes, it claims to promote a healthy glow and enrich the skin. Dubbed ‘beauty in a bottle’ by the brand, it cleverly taps into a clear interest in the link between food and beauty by consumers. “A really innovative product,” said judges.
It was described as having a “vibrant colour and flavoursome, tangy taste” with a warming spice from the extra virgin olive oil used. The generous size of the portion made it “great value for money”, and an appealing option for those looking for something quick and nutrient-rich at lunchtime. Its packaging was praised for having an upmarket look and feel. Plus, the bottles are fully recyclable and carbon neutral.
