National Lottery operator Camelot has launched a £10m TV ad campaign in a bid to boost falling sales in its main Lotto draw.

The ad, which launched today, features feel-good situations designed to capture the excitement of playing the lottery, according to Camelot, including a man riding a bike through sprinklers and an elderly couple riding a carousel.

It follows Camelot's 'Who's Next' campaign, which ran earlier this year.

In September the National Lottery Commission revealed

that Lotto ticket sales had fallen 3% to £2.75bn in the year to 1 April.
