Cereal Innovations has appointed Nick Townend business development manager and Giles Abbott new product development manager.
Townend has worked in the food ingredients sector for more than 20 years, from flour to breadcrumbs and seasonings for Lucas Ingredients, Griffith Laboratories and Spillers Milling.
Abbott will be adding to the company's range of crumbles, breakfast cereal clusters and cereal based snacks. He has worked at Wellcome Foods, RHM and Witwood Food Products in a research and development role. Commercial director Alan Hayes said: "We are in a very exciting phase and believe that Nick's and Giles' combined expertise will ensure we maintain our leading edge."
