Bottled water brand Evian is hoping to score points in the style stakes with the launch of an eye-catching New Year's limited edition bottle. The teardrop-shaped one litre glass vessel will be available from next month in leading department stores (rsp: £2.99). Meanwhile, the easy-carry 75cl Evian Action format has been given a new improved cap. The current distinctive hoop top gets a stronger flip-up lid. The back of the cap has been reinforced to increase strength. Evian said Action currently accounted for 10% of the brand's total impulse sales. Total marketing spend for all Evian formats will again be £10m next year with television adverts, sampling and in-store activity planned. {{P&P }}
