The food and drink exhibition IFE ended yesterday after four days of activity along with a total of 1,400 exhibitors.
The new features at the show were popular with crowds, particularly the Chef @IFE theatres and the Future @IFE section.
Exhibition director, Sue Woodward, said afterwards: “The high profile audiences that attended the briefing session reinforced the importance of IFE as a ‘must-attend’ event for the whole of the food industry.
“We are delighted with how the show has gone so far… We have had attendance from the majority of the key multiples as well as buyers from symbol groups, wholesalers, the manufacturing and foodservice industries, reconfirming IFE’s position as the UK’s leading food and drink exhibition.”
