Here visitors will be able to find fresh sources of organic products from 18 specialist producers. Not to be missed is the chance to sample what is claimed to be the world's first and only organic gin and vodka. Juniper Green Organic Dry London Gin and Utkins UK 5 Organic Vodka are made by Thames Distillers, London's smallest distillery, and are available from the Organic Spirits Company. Both are certified by the Soil Association. The gin is made from organic grain and botanical herbs. The vodka is produced without the use of stabilisers and softeners found in other vodka products, resulting in a clean, naturally soft spirit. Pure Organics specialises in everyday food' such as sausages, burgers and pizzas entirely made from organic ingredients and free from additives. It is launching organic pork hulas, chicken nuggets, beef mince (IQF), chicken nuggets and a selection of ready meals. Tecfoods, which made its name as a supplier of free range poultry to Tesco a number of years ago, has now branched into organic chickens and will be showing the various formats it can offer. Sauces, dressings and mustards have seen a huge amount of organic innovation and among companies featuring these products will be CCL Foods with additions to its Simply Delicious range. Its new organic salsa dip in a wide rimmed 180g jar for dipping with tortilla chips, crisps and vegetables can be sampled along with seven new sauces. Barbecue, barbecue and chilli, and barbecue and garlic come in 250ml bottles, while mint, horseradish, tartare and seafood are in 300ml jars. Saxon Foods produces and co-packs a wide variety of fully certified organic meal accompaniments and sauces for brand manufacturers, but at the show is to feature its own Taste of Life range. This includes five varieties of organic chutney, four organic relishes and eight Italian, Indian and Chinese sauces. Making its show debut will be Snitterfield Fruit Farms which has recently diversified into value added organic jams and juices. In a similar vein, James White is to launch two new freshly pressed juices, an organic cranberry and apple, and carrot and apple.
