Dame Fiona used her 30 years experience in 2015 to ensure Nestlé’s UK business weathered turbulent trading storms.
She’s aided by Nestlé’s diversified portfolio, of course, which means there’s less attention on the under-fire confectionery side, as the coffee business and its water brands power ahead.
As president of the FDF Kendrick is also intricately involved in shaping the wider manufacturing agenda. This year her schedule will only get busier, juggling her day job with providing expertise for a new commission looking at the national living wage, and acting as commissioner at the UK Commission for Employment and Skills.
