Holland & Barrett has launched a personalised subscription service for vitamins, minerals and supplements.
Customers receive boxes designed specifically for them based on nutritionists’ advice and recommendations.
Each box as part of the Healthbox initiative is created by customers by answering a short health and diet questionnaire on everything from dietary intake to general lifestyle habits and ailments that need to be addressed. Qualified Holland & Barrett nutritionists then create a unique box to adhere to those preferences and needs.
The boxes contain enough for five supplements for 28 days, and customers have the option of signing up for a one-off box or receiving Healthbox as a continual monthly subscription. Customers will also receive tailored health advice and details as to why they have been recommended the products.
Every customer is entitled to 50% off their first Healthbox. Prices for the bespoke boxes start from £19.
“As we start to become more aware of the importance of what we put into our body affecting our general health, it’s about time we began paying closer attention to our own personal nutritional profiles and how they differ from person to person,” said Holland & Barrett senior nutritionist Donia Hilal. “Our DNA, our family history, exercise, diet and the way we metabolise foods could all be contributing to our general wellbeing, making personalised nutrition a great way to ensure you are getting the best nutrients especially for you.”
