Meal solution specialist McCain is to plough a multi-million budget behind a new hot crisp product called Vibes.
The company is saying little more than that at the moment but has revealed that the frozen newcomer will be launched next month ahead of TV advertising which has been scheduled for early 2003. The company is understood to have set aside £4m for the launch and is confident it will be able to use its new addition to take advantage of what appears to be a mini renaissance in the frozen aisle following aggressive new launches from the likes of Birds Eye Wall's.
