Ginsters is extending its Cornish Bara range with an all-day breakfast version.
The original three-strong line-up of baras was launched in March, when Ginsters described the product which is made with soft bread dough as "the love child of the sandwich and pasty".
The company said sales had already broken £1m, prompting the launch of the new variant combining British pork sausage with smoked bacon and chopped egg in tomato sauce (rsp: £1.99/200g).
Ginsters said that it was keen to introduce new flavours to the range on an ongoing basis.
