Booker has added three new products to its own-label snacks range.
Monkey nuts, spicy cashews and prawn crackers increase the range, launched in March, to seven lines. All the products are price-marked at 59p or two for £1 and offer retailers PoRs of 42% and 30% respectively.
"One of the reasons why these snacks have been so successful is due to the quality, as all of the products taste delicious," said Booker's sales director for retail Steve Fox.
Meanwhile, Musgrave Retail Partners GB has launched a new range of own-label snacks for its Budgens and Londis fascias. The sharing bags come in five variants: onion rings, cheese puffs, bacon rashers, salt & vinegar sticks and prawn cocktail snacks. The extended Budgens range will also include six-packs of crisps in three variants.
