Henri Wintermans is to launch a new miniature cigar in the UK for consumers that want value for money and wish to smoke cigars in a shorter period of time.

Café Crème Express will debut in the UK on 1 April in Original and Blue variants, with a third, Arome, to be added later in the year.

The UK launch follows a successful roll-out across a number of other European countries.

Henri Wintermans UK marketing chief James Higgs said the new product meant consumers could enjoy a shorter smoke without compromising on flavour and experience.

“We hope to attract new smokers to the brand and because the Express cigars offer greater value for money, we can offer consumers of other cigar brands the opportunity to step up to Cafe Creme – especially in this difficult time financially,” he said.

The Express cigars will retail at £3.29 for a pack of 10, with the launch supported by a trade press advertising campaign.
