Casa Girelli has launched the the second vintage of the Canaletto Winemaker's Choice Italian range.
The wines were given a revamp two years ago following the appointment of winemaker Andrea Valentinuzzi.
The wines are designed to be distinctly Italian in taste and image as well as full of character, yet affordable at £5 a bottle.
The range features Chardonnay di Puglia, Pinot Grigio/Garganega and Merlot del Veneto, all from the 1999 vintage. There are two 1998 styles: Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and a new addition, Primitivo di Puglia.
