Carling has announced a three-year £12m joint shirt sponsorship of Scottish Premier League teams Celtic and Rangers.
The Old Firm will wear the Carling logo on their shirts from next season when their current deal, a joint initiative with communications firm NTL, runs out in the summer.
Carling, which is part of Coors Brewers’ portfolio, previously sponsored the English Premiership and had separate deals with a number of top clubs.
Coors Brewers’ marketing and international development director Mark Hunter said: “Both Rangers and Celtic are known the world over so, with Carling’s heritage in football and its availability in over 20 countries, this is a great chance for three major names to work together to the benefit of Scottish football in general.”
