Nils Andersen, chief executive of Carlsberg, has said that he would increase the company's debt for the right acquisition.
Andersen told The Times that although the brewer currently had no specific targets in mind, he would be “happy to invest between DKK15bn (£1.36bn) and DKK20bn (£1.81bn) if the right opportunities come along”.
