Danone will launch a new range of Greek-style yoghurts next month with zero fat and no added sugar, aimed at 25 to 35-year-old women.
Light & Free will go on sale across the mults from 18 April in strawberry, raspberry, peach and blueberry (rsp: £2.49/four-pack). It offered a “thick and creamy” low-fat alternative, said Danone.
The range contained 30% fewer calories than most full-fat yoghurts, while its “playful” packaging was designed to appeal to a carefree, fun-loving, fashion-conscious audience, it added. The launch will be supported by a £3m multimedia campaign.
