Prince Charles' organic food brand Duchy Originals has announced plans to extend its rapidly expanding portfolio into even more grocery sectors.
The first phase includes organic whole and semi-skimmed milk the company s first major step into the dairy category.
Other newcomers include brand extensions Organic Wholemeal Rolls with Cracked Wheat (rsp: £1.09) and Apple Refresher drink (rsp: £1.79).
A range of pigmeat and pork pies is due within the next few months and a new Christmas range is available from early November.
PR and communications director Fiona Gately said the company was "keen to focus development into key areas for UK agriculture".
She added that the company was well placed to increase its range because it teams up with independent producers.
"We don't have the constraints felt by manufacturers," she said.
The organic milk on shelf in Waitrose comes from Ayrshire cows at Home Farm on the Prince's Highgrove Estate.
It is pasteurised rather than homogenised, as the milk stays tastier and healthier, according to the company. (Rsp: 75p, 750ml).
The Christmas range includes traditionally-hung turkey, Organic Rosemary and Honey Cocktail Sausages (rsp: £3.79), two stuffings (£2.99), Redcurrant and Apple Sauce with Chilli (£1.79), Christmas pudding (£5.99) and Christmas cake (£7.99 - £14.99).
Gately said the Christmas range was designed to attract new consumers.
"People who might not want to buy premium ranges at other times of the year, often treat themselves at Christmas," she added.
